Shipping Policies:
All orders are processed with in 1-3 business days Wednesday - Sunday.
Shipping is calculated by weights and dimensions at checkout. Fees range from $3.99 and up.
We offer domestic and international shipping.
We offer local pick up Wednesday - Sunday 8am - 11 am. Please email us at Captain@Swellisland.com to set up a pick up date and time.
We are unable to process orders over the phone at this time.
Please contact USPS, UPS, FEDEX for any issues regarding shipping as they will have the most up to date and accurate information.
Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as weather. Visit our Instagram page for up to date shipping posts or email us for specific information.
Return Policies:
We hope you love our items as much as we do but understand if you are not satisfied. Please follow the instructions below to process a return or email us directly at Captain@swellisland.com for any additional questions.
Items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, replacement product or a different product, no questions asked. After the item is received in good condition, in original packaging, and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process depending on the customer's bank. If an item is returned and not in good condition, a refund will not be issued but rather a store credit.
We do not accept returns after 30 days from purchase.
All clearance items, seasonal items, fresh plants, fresh place-settings, fresh arrangements are final sale. These items are not returnable and are labeled final sale.
To initiate a return please complete the following steps or email our team to begin the process:
1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.
